Thanks for Viewing this 1 OWNER 1988 Chevy Silverado 3/4 Ton 2500 Pick up with Just 70K Original and Documented Miles. This was a local trade in and wow what a nice truck it is. Im the owner of Davis Autosports and I have driven this truck numerous times and it drives amazing well as shown in the video below. When we received the truck we were going to restore it with a new paint job, some interior work and update a few things on it but as I drove the truck I really appreciated the look and feel of the truck just the way it was. The wear is minimal on the truck at gives it a naturally aged looks but not abused. We are also very very busy in the restoration division so we decided to offer the truck just the way it is. The truck has a ton of character and will make for a perfect cheap truck. The History is perfect, a true 1 owner, very well maintained and locally traded. Its near impossible to find a vehicle of this age as a 1 Owner.

The exterior of the truck shows very well but obviously shows wear from over the years. The body is VERY straight and the panels are in excellent condition body wise. The paint shows its age but but that's really about it. The body has a few dents and dings but NO major damage, it would make for an incredibly easy paint job if you wanted to go that route. I personally like the look of it the way it is. The wheels show amazing well and the Michelin Tires have 95% life and all match. The extended cab windows are installed with sealer as shown. The Front windshield was replaced and looks perfect. The bumpers are very clean as shown. The undercarriage is incredible. We have a ton of pics below showing the undercarriage: we did NOT touch it and it was never been painted over the years, you get the see the original metal bare and exposed. The frame is 100% perfect and solid, yes 100%. The Floor Pans do NOT have 1 single weak point or rust. Every single body mount is 100% perfect as well. The Cab corners are 100% perfect with zero rust on the outside or inside, same goes for the rocker panels. The bones of this truck are simply incredible. There is no reason this truck can't last another 30+ years if taken care of.

The interior is literally 5 hours of work away from being nearly perfect. The only and I mean only item of concern is the driver seat has typical bolster wear, other than that, the interior is mint. The seats literally look nearly new and have ZERO issues. The Carpets look incredible and look like they belong in a 2 year old truck. The headliner is not sagging and looks great as shown in pics and video. The interior has no odors and the previous and only owner was a none smoker. We installed 2 new windows regulators as both were very slow.

This truck drives literally with ZERO issues. The steering is perfect and very tight with no play or vibrations. The engine and very smooth, idles perfect, sounds great and healthy with no tapping or issues. The transmission is perfectly smooth, no hard shift, no delay shifts and literally operates perfect. The rear diff does not have the typical noise and clanking from this generation Gm truck. This truck is super smooth suspension wise and honeys drives like a big caddy going down the road.

In closing this truck is a GREAT little truck. The history is perfect, the drivability is amazing and its a really cool looking truck if your into something with character. For what trucks sell for with 150k, 250k miles etc, this truck is going to be a steal give it has ONLY 70K miles on the legendary 5.7 Engine. There are many uses for this truck and it will surely not disappoint.
